At Paxton Tennis and Fitness Club, we have a fully equipped gym that carries a wide range of free weights and a broad range of equipment such as: bands, weighted balls, Bosu balance boards, Kettlebells, battleropes, and sandbags. We’ve expanded our weight training room to 650 square feet with power racks, benches, new dumbbells, and rowing machines. We also have a turf room where most of our strength classes are held. Try out our Keiser spin bikes which have an unlimited adjustment feature and the pneumatic technology Keiser workout equipment. We also have ellipticals, treadmills, and other calorie-burning cardio equipment.
All new members are entitled to a free consultation with one of our personal trainers about what the Paxton Tennis & Fitness Club has to offer upon completing the full-year membership sign-up process. This free orientation offer must be scheduled within the first 30 days of your new membership or it becomes invalid. This includes an introduction to the machines, equipment, pool facility, and classes. Please schedule your appointments through the front desk.
We offer a variety of fitness & swim classes to suit beginner to advanced members. All fitness & swim classes require sign up, which opens 48 hours prior to class. Our class participant numbers are limited at this time due to COVID19 safety protocols & regulations. Core Concepts w/Sarah - Mondays 7:30-8:30am
No more boring sit-ups! Imagining the core in a whole new way. We will incorporate Pilates, Barre, functional stabilization, and controlled movement in this abs focused class. By adding in glutes and arms it will make this a full-body, joint safe workout.
Zumba® Block Party w/Stacey - (On hold for the summer)
Rock out with Stacey & get your heart pumping in this fast paced class. Modifications for all levels.
Daybreak Yoga w/Sarah - Tuesdays 8-9am
This class is a moving meditation incorporating postures, breath, balance, and stretching for the Body, Mind, & Energy.
Flex N' Sculpt w/Tina - Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30pm & Sundays 8-9am
This dynamic workout targets every area of your body and promotes strength & cardio endurance! With a variety of fitness tools and bodyweights this is an effective and safe workout for all levels.
Spin Fusion w/Tina - Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm (Begins 6/10)
Power up with 30 minutes strength & 30 minutes spin, packed into one class.

Zumba® Toning w/Stacey - (On hold for the summer)
Those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you and your muscles stay engaged.
Surf's Up w/Wendy - Mondays & Wednesdays 10-11am
A higher intensity water workout for aerobic conditioning, muscle strength and dynamic movements in the water. This class will energize you for the rest of your day!
Silver Sneakers® SPLASH! w/Wendy - Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:15-9:15am
This is our NEW Silver Sneakers® branded & certified class! Make waves in this moderate pool workout using the resistance of the water to tone, find balance, improve cardio & keep joints safe!
Water Warriors w/Harriet - Fridays 8:15-9:15am
For the fitness enthusiast looking to challenge their balance, cardio, strength, and agility. This powerful aqua class reduces impact on joints and uses the resistance of the water for a full body workout.
