At Paxton Tennis and Fitness Club, we have a fully equipped gym that carries a wide range of free weights and a broad range of equipment such as: bands, weighted balls, Bosu balance boards, Kettlebells, battleropes, and sandbags. We’ve expanded our weight training room to 650 square feet with power racks, benches, new dumbbells, and rowing machines. We also have a turf room that houses our spin bikes and it is also where most of our strength and HIIT classes are held. Try out our Keiser spin bikes which have an unlimited adjustment feature and the pneumatic technology Keiser workout equipment. We also have ellipticals, treadmills, and other calorie-burning cardio equipment.
Free Orientation Session
All new members are entitled to a free consultation with one of our personal trainers about what the Paxton Tennis & Fitness Club has to offer upon completing the full-year membership sign-up process. This free orientation offer must be scheduled within the first 30 days of your new membership or it becomes invalid. This includes an introduction to the machines, equipment, pool facility, and classes. Please schedule your appointments through the front desk.
Free Range Fitness - Mondays 8:30-9:15am with Sarah We are taking Core & More outdoors! Minimal equipment for maximum result - 15 minutes core, 15minutes legs, 15 minutes arms! Please bring your own mat.
Open Sky Yoga - Tuesdays 8:30-9:15am with Sarah Outdoor air and natural light invigorate and provide energy in this new all levels Yoga practice. This class is a moving meditation incorporating postures. breath, balance, and stretching with the open sky experience. Please bring your own mat, blocks & strap if possible.
Beach Body Ready - Tuesdays 5:30-6:15pm with Tina Enjoy a fresh and bright setting outdoors for this new class geared to get you ready for the beach, lake, mountains...wherever your summer adventures take you! Multi-joint movements with minimal equipment are all modifiable and suitable for all levels. Please bring your own mat.
Summer Strength - Wednesdays 5-6:15am with Joyce The outside evironment changes all the time challenging us to adapt and so does this Strength & Cardio workout designed just for the outdoors. We will be using body weight and some equipment in creative ways to get Summer Strong! Please bring your own mat.
Beat the Heat - Thursdays 6:15-7am with Tina Strength train before the sizzle! Intervals of bodyweight exercises are mixed with resistance training and cardio for a full body workout! Please bring your own mat.
Zumba Block Party - Thursdays 5:30-6:15am with Stacey Full body toning & cardio with rockin' summer beats for a dance block party!A fun, fast paced class modified for all levels.
Splash - Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:15-9am with Wendy Make waves in this high energy pool workout using the resistance of the water to tone, find balance, improve cardio & keep joints safe!
Surf's Up - Mondays & Wednesdays 10-10:45am with Wendy Jump on in, the water's great! Aerobic conditioning, muscle strength and dynamic movements in the water give you a super workout while staying cool!
Silver Sneakers® Classic -Wednesdays 7:45-8:15am with Sarah This class promotes muscular strength and range of movement. It is a fun class designed to improve strength and mobility for daily living. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Please bring a covering for your chair.
