We are ready to begin offering outdoor fitness classes beginning on June 22nd! Below is a list of the classes and their descriptions, as well as the link to sign up and pre-pay. There will also be an online waiver that you will need to sign electronically regarding the risks pertaining to COVID19 before class. Also, please carefully read the protocols that were provided by the town that we must follow. If you are not feeling well or have been exposed to someone sick, please stay home. Class sizes are limited to 8 participants as we have been given a maximum number by the town that we must adhere to. We understand that this is a stressful and overwhelming time for everyone, so please familiarize yourself with the protocols, and most importantly be patient. This is new to all of us, but we are thrilled that our wonderful instructors are willing and able to provide a little sense of “normalcy” during these uncertain times. Beach Ready Body with Tina Monday 7:00am
Enjoy a fresh and bright setting outdoors for this new class geared to get you ready for the beach, lake, mountains…wherever your summer activities take you! Multi-joint movements with minimal equipment are all modifiable and suitable for all levels. You are required to bring your own mat.
Open Sky Yoga with Sarah Tuesday 8:30am
Outdoor air and natural light invigorate and provide energy. Open the mind, body & Spirit with this new all levels Yoga practice. This class is a moving meditation incorporating postures, breath, balance, and stretching with the open sky experience. You are required to bring your own yoga mat, blocks and strap.
Summer Strength with Joyce Wednesday 8:30am
The outside environment changes all the time challenging us to adapt and so does this Strength & Cardio workout designed just for outdoors. We will be using body weight and some equipment in creative ways to get Summer Strong!
You are required to bring your own mat for Paxton Tennis & Fitness Outdoor Classes 2020.
Class fee $20.00
Prepaid registration required NO DROP-INS (link provided below)
Sign-ups in advance of class with completed waiver & payment
Cancellations must be made prior to 6PM the evening before class or you will be charged for that class
The building is closed, so NO BATHROOMS or WATER will be available
Masks must be worn to and from the class area and kept by your space
You MUST bring your OWN MAT
We will have equipment but you may bring your own weights/bands if preferred
NO yoga equipment supplied, please bring your own yoga blocks and strap

Updated Statement from Paxton Tennis and Fitness Club 3/17:
With deep sadness, we have made the very hard decision to temporarily close Paxton Tennis & Fitness Club. We believe we must err on the side of caution in the best interest of our staff and our members and guests. The club will officially close at 9:00 pm today. This closure will remain in effect indefinitely until we reassess the situation as we hear from public health officials.
We would like to thank our extremely professional and dedicated employees and our fantastic members for their ongoing support. The health, safety and well-being of our community, members, guests and staff is of the utmost importance to us. To our members: please look for an email from us & feel free to email us with any questions you may have.
We thank you for your understanding and we will continue to monitor the situation daily, and provide updates when necessary.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
We follow the Wachusett Regional School District schedule, so if school is cancelled then all fitness classes are cancelled for that day. In the event of a 2hr Delay, there will be no early morning classes and classes will resume @10AM. Please check our Facebook & Instagram pages for the latest on cancellations, delayed opening and closings when inclement weather is predicted.
