A one-hour fitness class using a combination of free weights, functional body movements, and cardiovascular intervals. Elements of boxing training (sparring, heavy bag, and targeted core exercises) will be thematic. No boxing experience required - we will practice basic drills and movements with a cardio/strength focus.

Snow Policy: In the event of imclement weather, we follow the WRSD school cancellation policy. If school is cancelled for the day then all fitness classes and junior tennis clinics are cancelled for the day. If there is a 2-hour delay, then all morning fitness classes will be cancelled and evening classes and tennis clinics will be held. Private lessons will be held at the instructor's discretion.
