ZUMBA and Barre
Zumba Saturdays Tuesdays 5:15-6pm with Heather When the American Council on Exercise hooked up Zumba participants to heart-rate monitors, they found that the class functions a lot like interval training, with its mix of low- and high-intensity moves...Meaning, you could burn more calories (average 400-900 per 1 hour class) dancing than jogging at an even pace...And its WAY more fun! There is no wrong way to do Zumba. You go at your own pace and just enjoy the movements and music, it's more like a cool club than a strict dance class so no one notices or cares if you miss a step!
